Within these poignant pages, you will read about and review the colorful and complete world of all our feathered friends. See birds from far and near and explore their extensive, worldwide diversities. In the end, you will recognize and learn, despite all their differences, they are all still first and foremost, foundationally, one family of birds! Yes it is true: each individual is special and unique. And so, also thus, in perfect parallel, they are all just like us!
Author Andrew S. Taylor and Illustrator James G. Martin take you on this vibrant and visual display of diversity of all the spectacular spectrum of beautiful birds. And you will ultimately see, how all that in totality, transparently translates into reality, to the whole planetary population of humanity, all around our wonderful world!
Notes from the author
BIRDS! … It was always my intention for teachers to use this book as the creative core of a multicultural lesson plan.
It shows how birds are all shapes, sizes, colors, and creeds. And in the end, where they are all from, all over the world.
Then, also on the last two pages, the book shows how children are also all the same way, with a depiction of diversity.
And along these lines, soon there will also be an activity coloring book available for all art teachers and their classes.
